Six Flags

The pet policies at the Six Flags theme parks throughout the United States vary by park. None allow pets into the parks, but some do provide kennel service on park property. Remember, we are talking about pets, not working service animals. Where we were able to ascertain a pet policy, we have listed them here.

Six Flags Great Adventure - Wild Safari-New Jersey - Hurricane Harbor: Pets are not allowed in any of the three parks, but free boarding is available at ParkA-Pet near the exist of the Wild Safari. Water is provided, food is not. Pets may not be locked inside a car in accordance with New Jersey SPCA statue.

Six Flags Magic Mountain-Los Angeles: Pet boarding is provided free at kennels located in the main parking lot. Pets are not allowed in the park.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor-Los Angeles: Pet boarding is provided free at the park's kennel located in the main parking lot. Pets are not allowed in the park.

Six Flags over Georgia-Atlanta: Pets are not allowed in the park but can be boarded at the kennels located at the main entrance. Pets must have current vaccinations and tags. Water is provided, food is not. Pets cannot be left overnight.

Six Flags America-Baltimore/Washington: Pets are not allowed and no kennel service is available at the park. Pets are not to be left in cars for any length of time. Six Flags America will call Animal Services to rescue any pet left in a car at the owner's expense, which may result in prosecution.

Six Flags Great America-Chicago: Pets are not allowed in the park. Dogs and cats may be boarded for free at our kennel located outside the main entrance. Pets may not be tied to an unattended vehicle in the parking lot.

Six Flags over Texas-Arlington: Air-conditioned kennels are available at the parking lot gas station. There is a $5 per pet boarding fee.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas-San Antonio: Kennel facilities are located left of the main entrance. Pets cannot be left overnight and must have current vaccinations and registration tags.

Six Flags-St Louis: An air conditioned kennel is located at the parking lot entrance. Pets are not allowed inside the park.

Six Flags locations not listed above or those listed without price clarification on boarding kennels either did not return our calls or are listed as not allowing pets nor providing kenneling options.
